Kohekohe Park

The name, Kohekohe Park, is derived from the stand of Kohekohe trees that sit behind the sections in the Hemi Matenga Scenic Reserve. This is one of the largest remaining areas of Kohekohe forest in the Wellington region, and is one of the largest areas of this forest type in the North Island.  Many forest birds can be seen in the reserve including fantail, tui, bellbird and kereru.

Now is your opportunity to secure the site for your new home.  With covenants to protect your investment and services including fibre and gas.  Lot sizes range from 450sqm to 6759sqm and priced from $250,000.  Electronic GNS and Geotech reports are available upon request.
